I just wanted to share my recent experience at a fantastic pizza place in Tarrytown. We tried the chimi pizza and the shrimp pasta, and both were absolutely amazing! The combination of flavors is truly unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. In Tarrytown and sleepy Hollow, we have an embarrassment of riches in pizza parlors however when Victor showed up, we were proven wrong in what was possible with the options. Pictures has proven to be a unique place because they strive for what they say. Is the Portnoy’s slice, which is a light crispy cracker crust with delicious toppings, and I must say they achieved it, and their Slice beats every other slice in town, I was always a Capri guy because they have such great pizza but nothing else close to the cracker like quest on the Victor slices.
Best pizza in town. Nicest people working there. Great food choices. Most reasonable prices too. Lots of parking. There’s just nothing to complain about.
Victor's is a excellent pizzeria in Tarrytown. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. They are open late every night and their manager/pizza maker/chef, Chris, along with his staff always make consistently high quality pizza and other Italian dishes. I have ordered both take out and delivery from Victor's and the quality is always excellent! I highly recommend this pizzeria if your looking for a great meal at a reasonable price! They also offer some great specialty pies which are also competitively priced with other local shops.
Victor’s Pizza is the place to go for freshly-made pizzas after midnight! (or any time). I arrived about midnight this past Saturday (Oct. 21). Customers of all ages and mixed demographics can choose from eating at generous-sized tables inside, cafe tables outside or take away. The blue and pink neon lights on the walls and windows and a large photo of bright purple mist over the Gov Mario Cuomo bridge add to a funky cafe atmosphere. The pizza ( I ordered a large mushroom pie) is delicious on-the-spot or twenty minutes later at home - reheats well! But if you enjoy a lively atmosphere and social interaction into the wee hours then do plan to eat inside or in nice weather on one of the outside tables.
